Called at 8pm for an emergency plumber, was told that someone would be round in the evening. Heard nothing for 3 hours, called back twice and was finally told that they couldn’t make it until the following morning. Kafkaesque.. Appalling post work service. They say they reply to complaints in 2 days, still waiting for a reply to my email sent 6 days ago. Two emails, five phone calls (three promises of a call back, still awaiting one) and still have a broken water heater. I shall go to Pimlico Plumbers, more expensive but at least they don't mess around.
