Dec 09, 2011 · I've had a similar, very negative experience with Pointe Pest Control out of West Chicago, IL. When I joined, I asked to be notified prior to each service call, due to my busy schedule. Last week, I came home to a bill for $105 worth of service on my door, but did not receive any call or voice mail notifying me that service would occur.
