The sender shipped out the parcel on 8 November 2019 and it’s been two weeks and I haven’t receive my parcel. The tracker also didn’t update anything from 9 November 2019. I’ve called Poslaju (1300300300) this morning and the service crew told me that the parcel already arrived at Sibu Poslaju Office but somehow they didn’t delivering it.

Oct 26, 2019 · Pos Malaysia/Laju is completely unreliable. Postage that are supposed to arrive WEEKS AGO, is, i believe, now lost with a pile of other important letters and packages. Pos Laju is very slow, and I find it very ironic how it is called "Laju" when it takes like 7 weeks to send a simple letter.

Next when request for 2nd delivery customer service mentioned a date but pos laju did not collect and thus another 2 days was delayed. There is a disconnection between customer service and postman. It seems pos laju just deliver at their wish date not per commitment date....very disappointed.
