I wonder how Poundland can treat customers like theives. THE ONLY THING I EXPECTED WAS AN 'APOLOGY' BEFORE EVEN ASKING ME IF SHE CAN CHECK MY FRISBEE - WHICH DID NOT HAPPEN. SO UPSETTING.
