All of the 6.0's are reliability nightmares. My 2006 (bought new) was a fabulous truck, when it ran. Starter at 1300 miles, Head gasket at 60,000, turbo (twice), EGR. Traded it in before it ran out of warranty at 100M. Don't think the 6.4 has been as bad, but I've heard their fuel mileage is poor.

Was just passing through seattle area when my 6.0 e350 quit unexpectedly.. had just put a lot of money into it and other shops were thinking high pressure oil pump had gone out.
