Sep 12, 2019 · I wouldn't recommend PreSonus Studio 192. Too many bugs and nobody is fixing them. All audio just cut out on me for no reason right now. I can see the meter moving on the app but the audio interface isn't working.

Nov 22, 2008 · No complaints about the mic pre's unless you need a LOT of gain. Only a close mic'd accoustic gave me any problems, and even then it was manageable. The mic pre's were good enough to keep 16 channels worth of digimax F/S to use even after sending the Firestudio back.

I have been through about 5 different audio interfaces and the Firestudio Mobile has not only been my first Presonus product but also the first device that has been absolutely ROCK SOLID. I can't stress this enough! I have not had it malfunction, drop out or act strangely even once in 6 months of daily use.

Jul 03, 2012 · I connect my 11R to my Firestudio Project using the SPDIF connection. This way there is less D/A - A/D conversion and it also leaves my mic/line inputs free. I don't have any complaints about the setup, it works well. The only thing you have to remember is to set one as the clock master. I typically set the 11R to slave to the Presonus.

I spent 40-50 hours trying to get it to work with my system and many hours with PreSonus technicians as we walked through processes. After months of going around with PreSonus and Yamaha, PreSonus made me a deal on the Firewire but mLANless FirePod when it became available. This from a small company whose product was ruined by big Yamaha.

I havent had any problems with my M-Audio's product so i was looking at the 2626 but i was doing some research of similar products within the same price range and functionality to come across the PreSonus Firestudio.

"While the FP10/Firepod is a great product, the Firestudio Project was designed to kick it's *you know what* in every way we could thing of. We took all of the comments from customers and tried to address all of the things they wished their Firepods had.
