After filing my online complaints I received a call from Primotronix. They are now promising my battery in the mail today plus a free 32 GB memory card. All this after 3 months of fighting with Discover card to get my money back. I think the lesson is to never use my Discover card. American Express is a better company to protect consumers.

Primotronix provides support by phone, not by email or chat, their support hours are extremely limited (11am-5pm, Mon-Thu), and on one occasion I was on hold for over an hour. They were closed two of four Thursdays in September, further limiting their hours.

It makes me sick how these businesses can thrive in deception and dishonesty. Never order with Primotronix unless you want to be haggled and upsold by a group if rowdy sleaze bags that will not hesitate to lie to get their way. I have even heard of them threatening customers into making 5 star reviews for "discounts." Stay as far away as you can.

Primotronix. It's 12/8 and I placed order on Tuesday 27 November, 2012. My order status is currently set to "Transfered". My card hasn't been charged so I called 1-800-571-2717 and emailed customer service at [email protected] After holding for a half hour, no one ever picked up and no one has responded via email either. At this point, I'd like to cancel my order but do not know how.

Primotronix advertises low prices, but don't order from them if you don't want to lose your money and get nothing in return. They informed me that an item would be shipped in the next 24-72 hours, then for 7 weeks I did not receive it, nor did I receive any shipping or tracking information.
