Sep 19, 2019 · Regus is terrible. I could go on and on with every story, but the most recent issue is that I cancelled the contract so it wouldn’t renew. Regus acknowledged that I did that correctly by email, and everything. Well, Regus’ central computer still doesn’t know this, and so I get bills and threatening calls all the time. No one wants to help.

It would appear that the House rules are for Regus convenience to pick and choose when they are enforced. As the editing suite was on a temporary lease, Regus dealt with our daily complaints by paying lip service to those concerns, they simply ran the clock down until the temp lease expired and the problem in their mind was resolved.
