PROFECO took my complaint to a "judge" and a compensatory payment was rendered to me. I was then contacted again by "Adrian Peredo" who was the agent for PROFECO and said I needed to fill out a form to get the money. The form asked for a bank account number to send the money and I told him a certified check from the Bank of Mexico was fine.
