They sold me flowers different from which I purchased, refused in a refund and never apologized for that mistake. After such experience I will never recommend this company to anyone!! ProFlowers

The complaint board linked to ProFlowers goes back to 2009. The affiliate they use is Easy Saver Rewards. I don't actually know what I was paying for since 2009. Here's my complaint to the BBB:

Complaint / review text: As happened with the other reports I read, I purchased flowers from ProFlowers.com and was then charged 14.95 a month since July 2006. I never noticed the charge until my credit card was canceled because of being charged for purchases I did not make.
