May 22, 2014 · Protectacoat used an exmple for this guarentee and that was if we had new windows and doors put in then they would come round and repair. They said if work was done that damaged the work then they are not gonna leave it in a state of dis- repair as it looks bad on them. Jan 26, 2011 · We bought Protectacoat to cover our house 4 years ago this comes with a 20 year guaranty .Yesterday when trying to get some repairs to it done ,we found out that they went into voluntary liquidisation, after hunting more we discovered that GE customers (people that had loaned money from GE) were entitled to recieve works done during their 20 year guaranty under the 1974 credit act.

The company Protectacoat filled out the Credit Agreement - they added PPI, we were unaware of this until I discovered it recently. GE Money insist that it's not their sale but a brokers sale. In this case they say that Protectacoat were the broker, they no longer exist. The credit agreement says that it was signed on behalf of first National Bank.
