Publish America is in Breach of contract SCAM I am having problems with Publish America LLC; I signed a binding contract with them on December 19, 2010 and was told in the contract, I will be giving my book sales statements in February and August 31, 2011. Right to this day, I have not received any statement, not via email nor regular USPS mail.1/5(8)

The order is never actually honoured because Publish America is having distribution problems which have been happening sense 2005. (Time of writing is 2010) I do not know how things are outside of the UK but in England when I signed the contract Publish America told me that my book will be available to order from stores anywhere in the world.

Feb 01, 2014 · I had three books published by the then Publish America now America Star Books and was very happy to be published by them. I researched the company beforehand and though I saw some complaints listed in comparison with the 10,000 authors they have thought that had little bearing on other works or success rates.

Mar 13, 2013 · The review was to be completed in time for the holiday shopping season. Jaime Polychrones never received any information regarding Clemons and never posted a review of her book online. Clemons paid $49.00 for the review itself and $7.99 in shipping for PublishAmerica to send Clemons a copy of the review in the mail, which she never received.

To end my contract with Publish America, I felt that I had no other choice than to take them up on their on-line offer to purchase my publilshing contract from them in the amount of $151.99 , August 3, 2013. The order was title RevertRights 149 and my order number is 17794. I also made comments in the order box they provided.
