Dec 14, 2011 · I've contacted both my Pueblo Bonito timeshare manger and Laura Rodriguez, who is in charge of Black Diamond through "ICE" , and so far never hear back from them. I'm in the process of getting rid of my Pueblo Bonito timeshare and without the timeshare Black Diamond cannot be used per their sales people.2/5

everyone in here complaining about the blackdiamond are most likely the same people that tip bad at the resort, never vacation, or should have never bought a time share in the first place. ive had black diamond for two years, i get weeks at pueblo bonito for $399, i get my yearly fees reimbursed, the program is a no braininer and well worth the investment for a family of 5 who loves to vacation!

Their head office is in Mazatlan and their agents there perpetrate the resale scam from there, being in collusion with McGinnis and fraudulently misrepresenting the resale to cover the cost of the membership purchase at an inflated price.
