Guess that builder was not as "good" as a Pulte. Also had an issue with repair to hardwood floor that was damaged prior to moving in. Their first repair was to replace a single board by cutting in out and gluing in a replacement. That lifted after 3 months. They then came back and fixed it properly.1/5(14)
