Oct 19, 2019 · Buyers beware of Pulte Homes in the north Texas area. They poured my foundation and it is full of cracks running everywhere. I want my $10, 000 deposit back since this is Pulte's fault. The home is in Del Webb Frisco Lakes. Also, the wood for the framing they used looked like seconds or worse.

Hawk Colorado Springs CO 4/18/2015. We have 24 Condo Units WITHIN Del Webb that PRE-date our community. Therefore, many UNDER 55 live, own, and RENT these units with NO restrictions on AGE (they can't rent to families with kids under 18)so they CAN rent to ANYONE they choose as long as the occupant(s) are over 21 and they can DO this into perpetuity!!!
