Very bad customer service. Business line installed in wrong company by KN networks but Pure Telecom refused to move it so had to get it done at our expense. Didn't work from day 1.Months of arguing with Pure Telecom who refused to accept the fault. They suggested replacing router, sent one out then charged us for it!
