Feb 23, 2012 · Purolator does not leave notices in apartment/condo buildings. It makes no sense but that is how they do it. What I do, is contact Purolator. Have them leave the package at their depot. So I can go to pick it up with the print Puralotor page that has the tracking number on it..

Aug 14, 2018 · So now I'm getting really pissed because my arthritic dog needed these stairs and I'm out $50 because they're liars who give shitty service. I raised hell with Purolator through email, twitter, google review, and amazon, and I made it clear that I wouldn't let it go until I had my package. The very next morning, the package was at my front door.
