Thanks, this helped us remember that my wife did call me collect while visiting her parents last month. I did go to the site, www.qtbill.com and clicked on "Quick Pay Online" and put in my phone number. There was the collect call data which verified we owed the bill.

Apparently someone used a telephone connection from Fort Lauderdale ( I live in Orlando). ... you'll get about 30 pages worth of complaints. I've found nothing reputable about the company yet. 0 1 0.

If this is their main number, maybe you can reach a live person. If you can't get a live person to resolve your problem, file a complaint through BBB.

QTbill said to register at www.qtbill.com which wanted to know WAY TOO MUCH INFO to put Credit Cards, SSA #, Year of Birth ---- etc for exhorbitant charges for a phone call across town!!!!
