Jun 12, 2014 · I do not recommend buying a Quadrant Home. I purchased a "NEW" model home in Port Orchard The Ridge development in 2009 and the home was built in 2004. I had a full inspection done before buying the home and despite this have had numerous problems with my roof leaking.
