Oct 27, 2018 · I've got a small machine shop. 3 employees, 2 of which ar my wife and I. We constantly are having tech problems. Again the complaint for which everybody has, and the response from QuickBooks: "well, we can fix that if you'll buy our online payroll service." We are'nt able to enter the new tax rolls, without using thier online payroll service.

What's worse is that when I purchased the new QuickBooks Pro 2014 (no inexpensive upgrade- you have to buy it all over again), the license key and product key don't work. The service may be fine if you are set up for it. We weren't able to use it because quickbooks online can't handle multiple workman's comp codes at one time. HOWEVER the disaster was trying to cancel. After I figured it out, it took me three tries to get them to cancel it, and they wouldn't refund it even back to the first cancellation attempt.
