Apr 22, 2009 · Qwest never honored the credit. I called DirecTV customer service seven times and Qwest customer service nine times in the past two months. Each time, they assured me I would be credited the $100. DirecTV swears they told Qwest about it. Qwest says, "yes, we see it in the record, but it'll be reflected on your bill next month."

Complaint about Qwest and service ... The Qwest Customer Service is a combination of Sales and Customer Service. As a former employee, let me tell you, it is 99% Sales. Qwest does have good products at competitive prices. The problem is the managment puts unreal sales quotas for the reps to achieve. If they don't hit the numbers, their gone.
