It ranked 12th out of 16 providers analyzed in the Federal Communication Commission’s (FCC) 2018 report for actual-to-advertised speed performance. 1 That’s not great. However, CenturyLink still ranked above other DSL providers Frontier and Cincinnati Bell in that same report.4/5

Qwest is incompetent. We were repeatedly getting ever higher bills from Qwest so, like everyone else in this economy we switched our extensive home service to Vonage to save money.
