Avoid Rackspace. Perhaps Rackspace was the premium hosting company at one point in the past. Now the only thing remaining of that glory is astronomical prices. - Their servers are slow. - Their infrastructure is inferior / less reliable than many. While the Blacksburg office is super neat, Rackspace corporate can work against us sometimes. The Blacksburg office isn't part of Rackspace's core business, so we get forgotten at times.
