I contacted the Raileasy help line, but they say to go into denial and tell you to contact the individual rail companies and sort it yourself. As i had additional costs with hotels i fear i will end up standing these myself. Raileasy are rubbish at sorting problems out, they may be ok if everything goes well, but get a problem and your on your own.4/5

Yes, National Express East Coast does accept credit cards from foreign buyers. You can buy pretty much any route/trip from them regardless of which train company is used, so there is no reason not to go to them. Raileasy worked fine for me in the spring so I have no complaints.
