My consumer id is 57176052 and our distributor is RASHMI GAS AGENCY, KR puram, Bangalore, Karnataka. I have booked my refill on Feb-11, order number 24104, and till today, almost 3 weeks, no response from them. My current cylinder got over and I am struggling to cook. This is really annoying that it takes more than 3 weeks to get the refill.
