I own a small business and have been using RBS LYNK, a.k.a. RBS Worldpay to process my credit card receipts, for over 3 years. I was informed on 10/27/2009 that RBS was going to withhold 25% of my daily credit card receipts, until a "chargeback reserve fund" of $4000 was met.
