I have never received a deed nor have ever been able to use my so called Springwood 95 unit. I have spoke to many different people to no satisfaction.

Reba Management was unwilling to compensate me or reimburse me in any way. Furthermore, their reply to the Better Business Bureau indicated that I was simply trying to get an upgrade. My issues with this company is that they lie, steal, and most importantly removes all of the happiness out of your life when dealing with their timeshares. Island Links, Coral Resorts, and Reba Management all deserves a grade "F" for their business.
