This is 2018 and the rebate center should be smart enough to send rebate checks in a envelope, and not a post card. and now all I hear is a mail carrier must have stolen them.

calling the rebate team does absolutely nothing all they do is tell you the same status that appears online when you enter your tracking number. I submitted my rebate form on 6/21/19 was told via email i would have the rebates by 8/10/19. they weren't approved until the end of 8/2019.
