This could be a great issue for a state Attorney General to litigate -- Redbox should be compelled to return all "overage" fees and to modify its devices to provide meaningful proof (such as a printed receipt) when items are returned. RedBox is untrustworthy and apparently their “systems” are out of date. They refused to correct the issue and I’m now charged for a movie that is worth a 28 day rental charge. I will never use RedBox again nor will my family and I highly advise anyone else to not use this company or trust them with your business.
