Sep 19, 2019 · Regus is terrible. I could go on and on with every story, but the most recent issue is that I cancelled the contract so it wouldn’t renew. Regus acknowledged that I did that correctly by email, and everything. Well, Regus’ central computer still doesn’t know this, and so I get bills and threatening calls all the time. No one wants to help.

So anybody with a Regus contract look at your payments with a fine toothed comb. My complaint with Regus started from the get go, once they had my bank card their robots did the business and the customer services OMG you start banging your head against the wall because the billing is such a nightmare that you cannot get anybody to rectify or stop.

Regus will ignore you and if you push for resolution they will show you their bully boy face. We have 8 months of our contract remaining, we are stuck for now, however based upon our experience of Regus we cannot recommend that any business should lease an office space from them.

By far the biggest mistake I made with my business is signing a virtual office lease with Regus. They do not care about their customers at all. The help-desk is very unprofessional and does not pick up the phone. They lure you in but once you sign a contract the customer service is out of the door. Their business practices are shady at best.
