I have recently received a letter from solicitors instructed by Remus for an astronomical amount of £611.85 regarding outstanding maintenance on a property I own on Barry Waterfront. The maintenance is £148.65, the legal fees are £463.20. I paid maintenance promptly for the period up to December 2018.

Just paid my final invoice to Remus - as our estate managed to vote-out Remus in order to get a more reasonable and customer focused management company. Feels so good knowing that I will now be paying significantly less, and no longer feathering Remus's nest.
