I am sorry for your trouble. There is only one authorized site to sell tickets www.alcatrazcruises.com.All other sites at best just mark up the tour and resell it. No one has access to Alcatraz other than www.alcatrazcruises.com and the only tours once on the island are by the U.S. Park Service which is included in the price of the ticket...
