We tried the supposedly 24/7 24hr emergency contact provided numerous times, goes to a recorded message in Arabic . I rang the Hoppa UK contact number from the e ticket , another automated service that tried to connect with our transport service but stated it was unavailable and we should use the complaints procedure upon return !1.2/5(58)

We had booked and paid for a return transfer from Barcelona city centre to the airport. We were left waiting outside our apartment building with no means of contacting Eros Bus Travel - the phone number Resorthoppa supplied was not answered and the line cut off after a few rings.

If you don't mind sitting on a coach for an hour whilst they wait for other passengers from other flights before actually setting off to your resort and don't mind being picked up at 5:30am for a return flight of 11:00am then this could be be for you but I doubt it.1/5(278)

I am sure if you search this forum with every tour operators' name you will find complaints, as that is the nature of humans; to share our bad experiences!
