Feb 20, 2009 · Restaurant.com will make good on it and will ask you to choose another restaurant on their list, but I've found it's more trouble than it's worth. Also, each restaurant has its own restrictions (lunch only, 4 people only, must spend over a certain amount, etc.) I now have a bunch of certificates I hope I get to use before the expiration date.

To put a restaurant on a list without the owners consent or leave them there when they have asked to be taken off is dishonest.

I have noticed most that join the program and are not doing well have a bad attitude either way, with coupon or with out. They are just not customer service orientated people.
