Riverstone then emailed me papers I had supposedly received two weeks after I left. How interesting that these papers, with a handwritten date, didn't show up until I sent the demand letter. Now they say that if I don't pay their bill, they'll ruin my credit. There are other complaints against Riverstone Residential Management on the internet.

I was promised by email that if I allowed the maintenance staff to enter my apartment a week before my lease was up, I would have the last week of my paid rent prorated.

I was threatened that if I don't pay the balance then we would face collections. I emailed to all of the executives at Riverstone Residential Group (over 12 people), but I didn't get a single email back. We filed a claim at a local small claims court, and as soon as we submitted the claim, they withdrew and cancel the outstanding balance.
