I have loved this Roadtrek; it is an excellent way to camp in an RV, with minimal fuss. The Roadtrek's are beautifully designed in Canada on a solid Chevy chassis, with comfort and practicality in mind. A big plus of this smallest of the fleet, is that it easily parks on the street or in the driveway, no HOA complaints (!).4.2/5(55)

It’s easy to drive and maneuver, able to park in regular parking spaces (just need to allow a little room for the length,) and the gas mileage has averaged around 22 mpg. We had some issues with the RV and the chassis that were covered by warranty. Both Roadtrek and Dodge stood behind their product, and resolved everything to our satisfaction.4/4(2)

Sep 03, 2013 · I have the same complaints about commercial campgrounds, so I stick to state and national parks, or boondock. I travel alone so I need to be careful about where I boondock and that limits opportunities. I’ve stayed in a few KOAs and they were a mess, and the sites were very close together with non-functioning electrical pedestals.

The Ranger is the same as the Roadtrek 190 Popular on the Chevy chassis, without some of the high-end appointments inside.
