Jan 22, 2016 · I contracted with Robin in Nov., 2015, with the scope of work to be done & she agreed NOT to go over the initial payment I gave her. The follow up meeting, 10 days later, came as a shock, she stated she went over the agreed amount & she took responsibility for that cost, yet she went behind my back and charged my credit card WITHOUT my permission.
