    Rogers has been charging us $5 per month FOR THE LAST 5 YEARS for a tablet that we do not have. The best that Manager Adelina could do for me was to credit me $30 of the $300 they charged me. Oh and Rogers cannot send me a paper bill (even though I am unable to access my bill online) - "you must go online to access your bill".
