I have only had my Cindy Crawford furniture since July 2016 and in the beginning the cushions were scratching our legs. I called and Rooms to Go sent out a repairman and he said "oh I know exactly what it is" and proceeded to unzip the cushions and separate the batting from the fabric.

I put a livingroom set from Rooms to Go on layway last month. My husband and i put down 500.00 at the time of the purchase. We then paid another 500.00 payment. After finding something alot cheaper i called the store to cancell the order. I was told that they had a no refund policy if the purchase was over 48 hours. The furniture is still on layaway so how is it considered a purchase?
