Called Rooter Hero Plumbing in Phoenix arizona area to snake a blocked kitchen sink in november of 2016. They snaked the drain (77.00 special) and told us it was blocked and they needed to run a camera through it, for an additional fee of 275.00 dollars we agreed and they came in and said that tree roots had grown through the pipe.

We had a plumbing emergency yesterday (on a Sunday of course!). We called Rooter Hero and they were the worst. They told us all the pipes were corroded and there was a hole in the pipes and needed to be replaced. Their tech, Johnny Zarate, informed us there was a blockage and he couldn't get through

Rooter Hero plumbing, Terry Gilluum I paid 1500.00 for a facett kichen, leak by meter, bathtub spout knobs and a toilet ring. He informed me he had put camera dowbn line and pipe is collaped and he ned 4,000.00+ more. I said no and he said well 400.00 more for clean out main.
