I was asked by RTA to vastly reduce the asking price, however RTA refused to lower their commission fee or agree a fixed price on the sell. I wrote to RTA in October 2016 requesting to terminate my agreement with them, RTA demanded I pay them £2,400 for cancelling the agreement, I refused.
