It has been a lovely Ryan Home and community. When I bought the home in 2002, the Ryan Homes associates I worked with were friendly, helpful, and had my best interests at heart. I felt like I could talk to them about any and all concerns I had with my home and they would work with mebecause they wanted me in their Ryan Home community.

Jan 04, 2013 · It seems Maryland is a major hot spot for Ryan Homes scams and NVR mortgage fraud. It's also oddly the same area that keeps NVR alive in this otherwise bad housing market. Of course I suspect NVR will do ANYTHING to stay in black, since their $300,000,000 year of losses and the following chapter 11 experience.

Jan 19, 2017 · The Ryan home is set to be finished April 1st and the process has honestly been a breeze so far. Very happy with Ryan Homes and also NVR Mortgage, which is the mortgage company they automatically set you up with. You can go outside of NVR, but they pay $7,500 of the closing costs and their rates were very competitive so we went with them.
