Engine registered on dip as having oil but it was obviously not circulating in engine as it should have been. S&J Engines, Inc. picked the engine up from auto shop and kept it. S & J rebuilt both of my 502 marine engines for my 33' Donzi. Scott did an excellent job getting them in and done with under a 2 week turnaround. He provided continual updates keeping me informed throughout the process. Due to unavailability they used upgraded parts at no extra charge. S & J engines wont send core deposit back. I have called numerous times and have yet to get my 400$ back. Find another place to get your engine from. As far as warranty goes they only pay 15$ an hour, what mechanic works for that?1/5(1)
