The toilet installed by Safe Step is approximately 14” high. ADA standard is 17” to 19”. Safe Step Customer Service representative kept insisting toilet is compliant, and offered no remedy. Very disappointed in this company. My mom can’t enjoy her tub because she can’t get over being fleeced on the ADA toilet.
