i was not aware that this was an annual cost for the paretologic pc health advisor and also for the xoftspyse anti spyware. it was my understanding that i was downloadinf a free copy only. please be so good as to refund the costs of 38.39 plus 12.17 tro my credit card as neither of these items was to my liking and therefor not used.

Safecart sends a robo-response and leaves it there, even saying don't try to reply to the robo-response, even though that is their published email contact address! I used another computer cleaner and it picked up all kinds of stuff that Paretologic has left behind untouched. With Paretologic my computer has been going slower and slower.1/5(2)

I kept getting bounced back and forth between starting an account and log-in. Refunds were addressed on their page with a link but, again, all I got was the loop between Start-an-account and log-in!!! I have read the other complaints and it seems ewveryone is having the same problem with SafeCart.
