Use Safelite at your own risk! The Safelite AutoGlass company in the Richmond area really sucks. It took over a week and 3 rescheduled appointments to connect with the technician for a simple windshield replacement job. When the Tech finally came to do the work, he brought a windshield with a scratch down the middle of the glass.

I love it when a company can go ahead and change your hours of work " you work 41 hours and get paid for 40", and cant give you any reason other than it was not approved.
