Feb 19, 2019 · I had booked a flat (Gulmohar 4) with SAMIAH INTERNATIONAL BUILDERS PVT LTD in their Rudrapur Project in June 2010. Till date there was no work in the said project and i finally cancelled the booking. For the last three months i had repeatedly calling them for returning the money. But they are delaying on some pretext or other.
