I contacted Samuel Windsor and received a new label, with a very short email, no apologies made. Another hassle of going to have to print this label. CollectPlus sent me confirmation that the item returned at 31 Dec 2019. Today, almost 50 days later, no refund from Samuel Windsor or any contact from them.

Jan 12, 2017 · A friend of mine has a teenage son, a fine boy (hello Adam) who is growing fast. Adam believes that the 1940's were the zenith of human civilisation and dresses accordingly. At the rate he outgrows his shoes Samuel Windsor are an ideal (which is to say disposable) solution for classic style. I would not recommend them for any other purpose.
