Use a diffrent bank. Worst service. Santander was the first bank account I opened from about age 15 I'm now 28 and I thoroughly regret ever being their customer. They would put charges for overdrafts on my dormant accounts that would then make them overdrawn again and would then refuse to reimburse any charges that were unfair.
