A reply to the above comment, Saveology is a legit company in the sense they it is a company with actual people that work there and they will refund your money. You can file a complaint with the FCC if you're having issues with your provider, but when I got a call from the executive lady, she specifically said that they were calling because I filed a complaint with the FCC.
